Service Agreements

We invite you and your business or organization to enter into a Service Agreement with  C.D. White Commercial Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. We propose to  do all of the following for your commercial air conditioning,  refrigeration, and heating equipment:

Complete cleaning and inspection
Lubricating and adjusting of equipment
Check air handler filters

Check for adequate refrigerant charge

Check for refrigerant leak if system is short

Lubricate condenser fan motor

Check condenser fan blades for tightness

Tighten all electrical connections

Check voltage at unit full load

Check condensate lines and blockage

Check blower belt for condition, tension and alignment

Lubricate all bearings

Check blower for cleanliness

Check sight glass moisture indicator is fused

Check all safety controls

Inspect contactor contacts

Check thermostat

Check lock-out controls if used

Check cooling/heating dampers for proper position

Inspect evaporator coil for cleanliness

Check oil level if necessary

Inspect starting capacitor

Check for vibration and noise

Check entire unit for proper operation

Inspect relay

Check running and starting amperages

Check suction and discharge pressures

Make recommendations of any needed repairs to system.

Change air filters

Clean coils with coil cleaner

Clean all parts of ice machine with cleaner

Ice machines: clean and sanitize, replace water filters once a year

Clean drain lines with cleaner

Clean drain pans
